DISTRICT OFFICE GYMNASIUM ROOF
Teton School District 401, Driggs, ID, is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified organizations to repair, waterproof and seal the District Office gymnasium roof.
Scope of Work
Hazard and Safety Mitigation
Installation of new and larger fasteners w/gaskets for areas in need of repair
Pressure washing
Base Coat. Base coat application for sealing seams, penetrations, ridge cap seams; embedding reinforcing polyester; and reapplication of base coat
Seal all exposed fasteners
Final Coat: final coat application with reflective qualities
When completed, there is a minimum of 80 mil of applied coats of the products
Warranty of workmanship and materials

TETON MIDDLE SCHOOL LOWER FLAT MEMBRANE ROOF
Teton School District 401, Driggs, ID, is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified organizations to repair, waterproof and seal the Teton Middle School lower flat roof.
SCOPE OF WORK
Hazard and Safety Mitigation
Pressure washing roof and walls
Replace ¼” Gyp cover board
Fasten seams with plates and fasteners
Remove all walk pads and repair splits and tears
Reinforce all seams, penetrations and base flashing
Application of base and top coat
Application top coat to create 3’ anti-skid walkway in key areas
Install slip flashing metal to perimeter of roof
When completed, there is a minimum of 80 mil of applied coats of the products

REQUEST FOR BIDS
TETON SCHOOL DISTRICT 401
Sealed proposal will be received by Teton School District 401 at 481 N Main St, Driggs, ID 83422 until 3:00 pm (MST), on November 11, 2024 for the Wolf Den Project: Remodel of 495 N 1st St.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include:
- Converting the upper level to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen.
- Converting the lower level to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen.
- All demo work required to accomplish the scope of work.
- Replacement of 10 windows.
- Installation of 4 windows for the lower unit that meet current egress requirements.
- Modification of front entry to remove the ramp and existing concrete stairs and replace with new.
- Roof to remain. For modification or penetrations in the roof; roof to be repaired.
- All work to be done in accordance with current standard practices and city inspector requirements.
- Disclosure of any relationship to any current employees or school board members of Teton School District 401.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the School Board Meeting being held at 5:30 pm (MST), on November 11, 2024.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, November 1, 2024, beginning at 2:00pm (MST), at the project site, Wolf Den, 495 N 1st St, Driggs, ID 83422. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
