Beginning at the common corner of Teton County, Madison County, and Bonneville County, said point being the Southwest corner of Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 43 E.,B.M. Teton County, Idaho;
Thence North along the West boundary of the Teton County/Madison County line, approximately 21.5 miles to the Northwest corner of Teton County, being a common corner with Madison and Fremont Counties;
Thence easterly along the Teton County/Fremont County line said line running easterly along the center of the Teton River to the intersection of Teton River and Bitch Creek;
Thence continuing easterly along the Teton County/Fremont County line, said line running easterly along the center of Bitch Creek to the intersection with the Idaho/ Wyoming state line, which point is the Northeast corner of Section 32, Township 8 North, Range 46 E.,B.M.;
Thence South along the Idaho/Wyoming line approximately 34 miles to the Southeast corner of Teton County, being the common corner with the Northeast corner of Bonneville County;
Thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Teton County/Bonneville County line to the south boundary of the Township 4 North line;
