INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for two (2) projects located at Teton High School will be received and opened by the Board of Trustees
of Teton School District No. 401, at 481 N. Main, Driggs, ID 83422, at 5:30 PM on March 10, 2025.
Project 1: 2025 TETON HIGH SCHOOL CONSUMER SCIENCE RENOVATIONS
Project 2: 2025 TETON HIGH SCHOOL HVAC RENOVATIONS
Sealed bids are due at 4:00 PM, March 10, 2025. They can be hand delivered or shipped to the address above. They
can also be mailed to Teton School District 401, PO Box 775, Driggs, ID 83433.
Specifications or additional details (including bid forms) may be secured from Engineered Systems Associates,
PLLC located at 1355 East Center, Pocatello, Idaho 83201 and at www.engsystems.com. All bids must be on the
forms furnished, all blank spaces filled in, and signed with the name, address, and license number of the Bidder. No
qualified bids will be read.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or a bidder’s bond (executed by a qualified
surety company with the power to do business in the State of Idaho) in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of
the total bid, made payable to Teton School District, No. 401. This surety shall be forfeited by the bidder in the
event of failure to enter into a contract. Personal and company checks will not be accepted. Compliance with Idaho
Public Works Law is required.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or
bids deemed best for Teton School District No. 401.
A pre-bid walk-through for both projects will be held as follows:
Project 1: 1:00 PM, February 21, 2025 at the Teton High School, 555 E Ross Ave, Driggs, ID 83422.
Project 2: 1:30 PM, February 21, 2025 at the Teton High School, 555 E Ross Ave, Driggs, ID 83422.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed mechanical and electrical contractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
