I love Social Studies. I hope to share that with students. My goal is to help them realize the importance of being aware of society and its history. I also hope they will decide to take an active part in making our world a better place.

A day:

1 st U.S. History, 2 nd Gov’t, 3 rd Prep, 4 th Gov’t

B day:

5 th Prep, 6 th Gov’t, 7 th Govt, 8 th Gov’t

I generally don’t assign homework per se. We have almost 90 minutes in class, so if students are on task they should finish work. I do require students pay attention to local and national news and we discuss those in class.

I encourage student and parent contact. My students have my home and cell numbers plus email. I am here to serve the students and will do all I can to assist in their educational pursuit.
